NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -
A man was shoved in front of a No. 7 train struck and killed in Queens Thursday evening.
Cops are looking for the women they believe pushed the man at the 40 Street-Lowery Street station on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside.
The NYPD has released a surveillance video of the suspect running from the station. She is described as a heavyset Hispanic woman in her 20s. She is approximately 5'5" tall with brown or blonde hair. She was wearing a blue, white and gray ski jackets and Nike sneakers with gray on top and red on the bottom.
Witnesses said she was walking back and forth on the platform, talking to herself, before taking a seat alone on a wooden bench near the north end of the platform.
When the train pulled into the station, the woman got up from the bench and pushed the man, who was standing with his back to her, onto the tracks into the path of the train.
The victim appeared not to notice her, according to witnesses.
The man, who was not identified, was hit by the first of the 11-car train, with his body pinned under the front of the second car as the train came to a stop.
No. 7 train service was suspended between Court Square and 61 Street-Woodside Avenue, the MTA said
