Hi my name is Maria my fiance and I are currently going through a rough time with his child custody it so happens that the mediator in charge of his case has embellished a sheriffs report that was filed four and a half years ago. This mediator has put in his report that my fiance had pushed his ex to the ground and insulted her when we spoke to the sheriff through the phone he was appalled and urged my fiance to hire an attorney since the report never said half the things this mediator wrote. Due to this mediators report my fiance has lost all custody to his six year old son and can only see him through supervised visitations. We have an attorney that’s currently working on our case however I know there must be other families out there that might have had this same mediator. We want to urge our community to come out and speak out about their cases as well, we would love to make this public. There is more to this case and I would love to share all our paperwork concerning this case and it’s inconsistencies.
