Aqui les dejo una note que me encontre acerca del Nuevo estadio azul!!  Es en Ingles, para los que no le entiendad, pues sorry.... y comprense el Ingles sin barreras.. jaja Bueno hay ta!

Ojalá sea cierto, es increíble como se esta concentrando la gente en la benito juarez, están tirando casas habitación para levantar edificios que alberguen 50 departamentos...

La densidad de población en esa delegación está incrementando a lo bestia.. gente habrá de sobra para llenar un coloso en esa delegación... Claro si cazul anda bien.

LA MÁQUINA COMPRARÍA EL ESTADIO AZUL

 
Este año se podría consolidar el proyecto para que el conjunto celeste construya su nueva casa, por el momento es un anteproyecto que lleva 18 meses con algunos estudios, pero en caso de concretarse, Cruz Azul le compraría a la familia Cosio el estadio Azul, que sería totalmente renovado, contaría con un centro comercial y no nada más sería utilizado para el futbol, sino también para conciertos, se planea la construcción de un estacionamiento para solucionar el problema que existe actualmente en la colonia Nochebuena.

“Desde hace 18 meses hemos estado haciendo estudios de mecánicas de suelo, de impacto ambiental, pensando en la mejora del estadio Azul, pero siempre con la aprobación de los vecinos, de seguir los proyectos, que en estos momentos son anteproyectos, primero trataríamos de resolver el problema del estacionamiento que nos pide la delegación (Benito Juárez), hay segunda fase, pero todo esto está en un anteproyecto”.

Lo que también deja claro el dirigente celeste es que no existe en estos momentos ninguna maqueta del nuevo inmueble, como lo publicó hace unos días un diario de circulación nacional, pero espera este año dar el anuncio oficial.

—Quiero dejar claro que es un anteproyecto, pero en caso de concretarse, nosotros tendríamos que pensar en dónde jugar los próximos dos años que duraría la construcción del inmueble.

:cara_gritos:a muchos les da miedo hablar de burrocrasia  por que cuando desimos que al equipo AZUL siempre le impidieron  construir , desde un prinsipio el de la magdalena mixhuca , y sabian que iva haser un regalo azul ala cda del d.f, por que como lo anunciaron los direcctivos azules les ivan arregalar el estadio despues de diez anos despues de construirlos , para que lo administraran ,

pero empezando con las lacras   QUE INPIDIERON que se construyera y eso echandole la culpa  segun alos que disque alaas personas o vecinos que viven alos lados MADERAS es  un deportivo y es administracion del d,f, y si en ese tiempo el azul fuera influyente , madros , cuando le toman en cuenta que la opinion cuidadana esa se la pasan por el arco del triunfo , y mnas cuando ven billete  ERROS  asi es que si la construccion pasa es por que si hay o estos buellles   ya no pudieron impedir la construccion
