Re: Jorge Ramos y Anderson Cooper juntos

America’s Most Biblically-Hostile U. S. President
Wallbuilders ^ | 03/08/2012 | David Barton

When one observes President Obama’s unwillingness to accommodate America’s four-century long religious conscience protection through his attempts to require Catholics to go against their own doctrines and beliefs, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Catholic.

But that characterization would not be correct. Although he has recently singled out Catholics, he has equally targeted traditional Protestant beliefs over the past four years. So since he has attacked Catholics and Protestants, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Christian.

But that, too, would be inaccurate. He has been equally disrespectful in his appalling treatment of religious Jews in general and Israel in particular. So perhaps the most accurate description of his antipathy toward Catholics, Protestants, religious Jews, and the Jewish nation would be to characterize him as anti-Biblical. And then when his hostility toward Biblical people of faith is contrasted with his preferential treatment of Muslims and Muslim nations, it further strengthens the accuracy of the anti-Biblical descriptor.

In fact, there have been numerous clearly documented times when his pro-Islam positions have been the cause of his anti-Biblical actions.

Listed below in chronological order are (1) numerous records of his attacks on Biblical persons or organizations; (2) examples of the hostility toward Biblical faith that have become evident in the past three years in the Obama-led military; (3) a listing of his open attacks on Biblical values; and finally (4) a listing of numerous incidents of his preferential deference for Islam’s activities and positions, including letting his Islamic advisors guide and influence his hostility toward people of Biblical faith.

David Barton has come out with a list explaining why Barack Obama is possibly the most biblically hostile President of all time. While most of these stories have been seen before, seeing them all laid out in one list is pretty astonishing. Parts 1 and 2 are below, the rest can be seen here!

1. Acts of hostility toward people of Biblical faith:

  • April 2008 – Obama speaks disrespectfully of Christians, saying they “cling to guns or religion” and have an “antipathy to people who aren’t like them.”
  • February 2009 – Obama announces plans to revoke conscience protection for health workers who refuse to participate in medical activities that go against their beliefs, and fully implements the plan in February 2011.
  • April 2009 – When speaking at Georgetown University, Obama orders that a monogram symbolizing Jesus’ name be covered when he is making his speech.
  • May 2009 – Obama declines to host services for the National Prayer Day (a day established by federal law) at the White House.
  • April 2009 – In a deliberate act of disrespect, Obama nominated three pro-abortion ambassadors to the Vatican; of course, the pro-life Vatican rejected all three.
  • October 19, 2010 – Obama begins deliberately omitting the phrase about “the Creator” when quoting the Declaration of Independence – an omission he has made on no less than seven occasions.
  • November 2010 – Obama misquotes the National Motto, saying it is “E pluribus unum” rather than “In God We Trust” as established by federal law.
  • January 2011 – After a federal law was passed to transfer a WWI Memorial in the Mojave Desert to private ownership, the U. S. Supreme Court ruled that the cross in the memorial could continue to stand, but the Obama administration refused to allow the land to be transferred as required by law, and refused to allow the cross to be re-erected as ordered by the Court.
  • February 2011 – Although he filled posts in the State Department, for more than two years Obama did not fill the post of religious freedom ambassador, an official that works against religious persecution across the world; he filled it only after heavy pressure from the public and from Congress.
  • April 2011 – For the first time in American history, Obama urges passage of a non-discrimination law that does not contain hiring protections for religious groups, forcing religious organizations to hire according to federal mandates without regard to the dictates of their own faith, thus eliminating conscience protection in hiring.
  • August 2011 – The Obama administration releases its new health care rules that override religious conscience protections for medical workers in the areas of abortion and contraception.
  • November 2011 – Obama opposes inclusion of President Franklin Roosevelt’s famous D-Day Prayer in the WWII Memorial.
  • November 2011 – Unlike previous presidents, Obama studiously avoids any religious references in his Thanksgiving speech.
  • December 2011 – The Obama administration denigrates other countries’ religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights.
  • January 2012 – The Obama administration argues that the First Amendment provides no protection for churches and synagogues in hiring their pastors and rabbis.
  • February 2012 – The Obama administration forgives student loans in exchange for public service, but announces it will no longer forgive student loans if the public service is related to religion.

2. Acts of hostility from the Obama-led military toward people of Biblical faith:

  • June 2011 – The Department of Veterans Affairs forbids references to God and Jesus during burial ceremonies at Houston National Cemetery.
  • August 2011 – The Air Force stops teaching the Just War theory to officers in California because the course is taught by chaplains and is based on a philosophy introduced by St. Augustine in the third century AD – a theory long taught by civilized nations across the world (except America).
  • September 2011 – Air Force Chief of Staff prohibits commanders from notifying airmen of programs and services available to them from chaplains.
  • September 2011 – The Army issues guidelines for Walter Reed Medical Center stipulating that “No religious items (i.e. Bibles, reading materials and/or facts) are allowed to be given away or used during a visit.”
  • November 2011 – The Air Force Academy rescinds support for Operation Christmas Child, a program to send holiday gifts to impoverished children across the world, because the program is run by a Christian charity.
  • November 2011 – The Air Force Academy pays $80,000 to add a Stonehenge-like worship center for pagans, druids, witches and Wiccans.
  • February 2012 – The U. S. Military Academy at West Point disinvites three star Army general and decorated war hero Lieutenant General William G. (“Jerry”) Boykin (retired) from speaking at an event because he is an outspoken Christian.
  • February 2012 – The Air Force removes “God” from the patch of Rapid Capabilities Office (the word on the patch was in Latin: Dei).
  • February 2012 – The Army orders Catholic chaplains not to read a letter to parishioners that their archbishop asked them to read.

OBAMA’S COMMUNION WITH DERRICK BELL’S  RACISM.

Radical Professor Obama Embraced: “I Live to Harass White Folks”

By Katie Pavlich 3/9/2012

Wonder why President Obama is a master at playing the platinum  race card? He learned how from early life mentors. Yesterday we brought  you the video of now President Obama telling Harvard students, in front of news  cameras, to “open your hearts and open your minds to the words of Professor  Derrick Bell.”  Now, another video explains  what exactly “the words of Professor Derrick Bell” are.  “I live to harass white  folks.”

But the hate doesn’t stop there.  Who does Bell think is good at upsetting, “a hell of a lot of white people,” and  a “great hero for the people? Louis

Farrakhan.

Obama  embraces racist, Jew hating professor Derrick  Bell

3/7/2012

So another radical named Derrick Bell was a  big time pal  of Obama. Who was Derrick Bell? He’s dead now, but he was a professor of Law at  Harvard University. After leaving Harvard in 1992, he Bell wrote a  racialist, antisemitic essay called “The Space Traders” in 1994.  HBO, which currently employs misogynist “comedian” Bill Maher, decided to turn  this loony essay into a documentary back in the 1990s. The essay was about space  aliens coming to earth. Whites would “trade” blacks to the space aliens for gold  to pay off the national debt. Bell said Jews would just stand by and watch. Charles Ogletree, Barack Obama’s mentor said “We hid this throughout the  2008 campaign.” This proves yet again how corrupt the media  is.

Derrick Bell also says that Jews  would only help blacks for a sense of self-preservation. Bell also called Anne  Frank “the symbol of Jewish hypocrisy.”

So Obama was best buds with yet  another anti-semite tied to Jeremiah Wright. But remember, he has Israel’s back  right? Obama has Israel’s back alright. A knife in it. Obama’s War on Jews  continues.

The Racist Ravings of  Derrick   Bell

John Perazzo 3/9/2012

Derrick Bell predicted   that  eventually America would witness the rise of charismatic new  black  leaders who,  in the interests of retribution, would “urge that  instead of  [African Americans]  killing each other, they should go  out in gangs and  kill a whole lot of white  people.”[10] Presumably  this was some of the  lofty “scholarship” that so  impressed  Barack  Obama.

Bell   endorsed  a journal called Race Traitor, whose stated aim is “to  abolish  the white race,  which means no more and no less than  abolishing the  privileges of the white   skin.”

So  this was Derrick Bell, the man whom Barack Obama  feted  on that 1991 day at  Harvard, just four years before Obama  was  to launchh his own political  career in the home of two  America-hating  Marxists terrorists in Chicago—Bill  Ayers and  Bernardine  Dohrn.

OBAMA, WRIGHT, BELL... BIRDS OF  A FEATHER...

Obama & Rev. Wright by fourbyfourblazer

Obama's espiritual and   political  mentor, Rev. Wright, a rabid

racist and anti-american marxist says blacks  should not sing

"God Bless America" but   "God  da..mn America."

Derrick Bell is described as the “Rev.  Jeremiah Wright of the academic  world.”

War on Jobs: Obama  "Personally Lobbied" Senate Democrats to Kill Keystone

By Guy Benson 3/10/2012

...To Kill Keystone Again, that headline should read, as we all recall President Stimulus unilaterally axing the plan a few months  back.  This time around, with Republicans rightly pressing the issue in  Congress, The One had to dial up his Senate allies to ensure they  would drive a dagger through the heart of the  project:

President Barack Obama, seeking to head off an election-year  showdown over energy policy, has been calling wavering Senate Democrats  to lobby against a Republican measure that would force approval of the Keystone  XL oil pipeline from Canada, according to a Democratic aide.   Ahead of a vote expected as soon as today, the president has made  personal appeals to Democrats from Midwestern states, where many of the  jobs would be created by building TransCanada Corp.'s pipeline from Canada's oil  sands to refineries on the U.S. Gulf Coast, according to the aide, who spoke on  condition of anonymity to discuss the private  conversations.

Just as a refresher: The Keystone pipeline would have  exploited increased oil production from a friendly nation and created 20,000 US  jobs.  Good thing high gas prices and chronic unemployment aren't plaguing the country these days, or else this  double kowtow to hardcore greenies might have rankled a lot of Americans.   The most galling element of Obama's extremist stand is his White House's  insistence that he really wants to approve the pipeline -- honest! --  it's just that these darned Republicans keep "rushing" the process and ruining  everything.  Never mind the fact that Keystone has already been subjected  to three years' worth of studies, and was given  the green light for production.  (If only this White House had been this  cautious about Solyndra, which involved piles of taxpayer money, unlike this  pipeline). Ultimately, Senate Democrats were forced to filibuster a bill in the  chamber they control because their own members were splintering off to side with  the GOP.  Eleven Dems broke off and stood with a united Republican  caucus to break the filibuster, but fell four votes short.  One brave,  brave Democrat -- "moderate" Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia -- said he supported  the pipeline, but voted against it because of the Republicans, or something:

Sen Mark Warner (D-VA) on Senate floor says supports Keystone  XL Pipeline but will oppose GOP amendment pushing its  construction.

There's an Obamaesque profile in courage, if ever  there was one.  In light of the political storylines of the last few weeks,  I simply must ask: Why must these Democrats continue to wage this War On  Jobs? (For two excellent responses to Democrats' insidious  "war on women" nonsense, read Michelle Malkin and Jonah Goldberg).

UPDATE - I've been traveling the last few  days, so I figured I'd use a quick update to play catch-up on a few major  stories:

(1) We already know that Obamacare is enduringly unpopular and that HHS Secretary  Kathleen Sebelius hasn't a clue as to whether the law is  already breaking its chief promoter's promises left and right (spoiler: it is).  Now we also know exactly how dearly a vote in favor of the  president's signature "accomplishment" ended up costing members of his party at  the ballot box in 2010:

Consistent with the earlier research, we found that those House Democrats who voted in favor of ACA ran around six points behind  those Democrats who voted against it in the 2010 midterms. We conducted  thousands of simulations and found that, in the majority of simulations,  Democrats retained at least 25 additional seats if they had all voted against  ACA. That's enough for them to have held the majority.

Gosh, I wonder why a majority of Americans consider  this presidency a failure?  Panic pander time.

(2) As this president continues to scratch his tax "fairness" itch by pushing the so-called Buffett Rule, a major Buffett enterprise continues to battle the Treasury Department  over unpaid taxes.  Why won't they happily pony up their "fair share"? IRS DEMAND PLAYMENT FOR $320 MILLION IN BACK  TAXES

US Budget Deficit Hits All Time  High  In February

For a global economy that is "improving" we sure are getting  a  whole lot of records in the won't direction in the last two days.  Yesterday it  was Japan which printed a record current account  deficit (yes,  the most indebted country in the world was once  upon a time supposed to export its way out of debt). Today,we learn that in  February the US will report  its largest budget deficit in  history, as the  Keynesian floodgates open full bore, and  as Zero Hedge has noted repeatedly, tax  revenues just refuse to come in at  anything close to the pace of accelerated  spending, forcing the US  to borrow 54 cents for every dollar it spends (not the often cited 42  cent number which does not take into account  tax refunds - see here). We would comment more on  this, but  frankly the chart speaks for itself. And now that the US has to  fund an  additional $100 billion due to the taxcut extension this means  that things are  only going to get worse, fast.

Possible Voter Fraud Lights Up Rep.  Sheila Jackson Lee's District

By Elisabeth Meinecke

3/12/2012

Both the Left and Right have expressed concern over  potential abuse in America’s current voting process. But as the rhetoric flies,  what are the facts? And is the Department of Justice heeding all concerns?

-------------------

From Townhall Magazine's EXCLUSIVE  March feature, "Voter ID Laws: Racist or Reasonable?," by Brandon  Darby:

There’s been much said lately about election integrity and  voter identification laws. Both sides of the American political spectrum have  raised concerns over polls and potential abuses in the American voting process.  In fact, due to the serious voter registration irregularities identified by  groups like True the Vote in Texas, along with the numerous voter fraud  convictions across the nation involving workers from politically motivated  groups like the failed organization ACORN, many states are pursuing photo  identification as a means of addressing such assaults on election integrity.  Texas, South Carolina and Florida have all taken steps to mandate photo  identification as a requirement for voting. ...

Deep in the Heart of Texas Take, for example, Harris County, the county encompassing Houston,  Texas. The irregularities in voter registration in this jurisdiction have raised  serious concerns over election integrity through the investigative efforts of  nonprofits and Harris County agencies alike. True the  Vote, a nonpartisan, Houston-based nonprofit focusing on electoral integrity has  revealed some startling information. Their effort, which started out of a small  tea party group, focused on volunteering as poll workers in their local 2009  elections. According to the group’s founder, Catherine Engelbrecht, what started  as a simple effort to exercise civic duty and get involved brought them face to  face with what she referred to as frightening and gross incompetence on the part  of some election and county workers at the polls. Engelbrecht pointed out in her  interview with Townhall that even though Texas law allowed 11 different forms of  identification to be used at that time to verify identity, which was required to  vote, she and her 70 election volunteers noticed that many voters were being  allowed to vote without any identification at all. Texas has since passed voter  identification laws which require the use of a photo identification  card. Engelbrecht’s volunteers ultimately submitted  800 signed affidavits outlining problems they encountered, including having  overheard some election judges telling people who they should and should not  vote for. After these experiences, the group decided to form True the Vote and  to investigate how citizens could help ensure voter integrity and what processes  existed to report abuses or irregularities. Engelbrecht says these efforts  revealed even more frightening examples of degradation to the election  process. ... Engelbrecht’s  True the Vote organization then decided to look at the actual registry and not  just the new registrations. The group obtained the nearly 2,000,000-person  Harris County Voter Registry Role. The group subdivided the registry by  congressional district due to the size of the data.   After the registry was divided into the seven congressional districts which  Harris County encompasses, True the Vote needed a starting point to isolate red  flags for possible irregularities. They decided to start looking at  registrations that had addresses six or more people were registered  to. The group found the seven congressional districts  had four that were predominantly Republican and three that were predominantly  Democratic. The four predominantly Republican districts had a range from 1,973  to 3,300 addresses with six or more people registered to them. The three  predominantly Democratic districts had much higher numbers. Though this could  possibly be attributed to variations in socioeconomic factors between the  predominantly Republican and predominantly Democratic districts, what the group  found next was alarming. The predominantly Democratic districts themselves had  large variations between them in the number of addresses with six or more  registered voters. The first had 7,560, the second 8,981, and the third—the  district of Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, the prominent, outspoken Democratic  congresswoman—had 19,596 instances with six or more voters registered at one  address. True the Vote then compared the  socio-economic demographics of the three predominantly Democratic congressional  districts in an effort to explain why Jackson Lee’s district could have such a  high number in comparison. Engelbrecht told Townhall the group had  found no significant difference to explain such a drastic variation in the  numbers. The group began doing research into the  abnormalities in Jackson Lee’s district. They took the first 3,800 registrations  of the flagged 19,596 homes with six or more registrants and began to  investigate further. The group visited addresses and scoured property tax  records. The group found many of the addresses were vacant lots or business  addresses. Thirty-nine were registered at businesses and 97 of the addresses  were nonexistent. One hundred six of the registrations revealed the same  registrant registered more than once, and 207 of the addresses turned out to be  vacant lots. Meanwhile, 595 registrations had registrants with driver’s license  addresses not matching the registration, and many were voting in a district they  did not live in. Of the **noallow** 3,800 registrations from Jackson Lee’s  predominantly Democratic district, 25 percent had critical errors which  Engelbrecht believes could result in an erosion of election  integrity. The media began to focus on the findings  from the Harris County tax assessor’s office and True the Vote. Shortly after  the August 24 press conference announcing the results of the office’s  investigation, a fire of unknown origins burned down the warehouse containing  all of Harris County’s voting equipment. In total, the fire claimed 10,000  voting machines, which was approximately $30,000,000 worth of equipment.   ...

Re: Jorge Ramos y Anderson Cooper juntos

Top 10 Obama energy blunders

Wonder why gas prices are surging, with the cost at the pump topping $5 per gallon in some parts of the country? Obama’s anti-energy-producing policies certainly are not helping. The buck stops in the Oval Office, as this list of the President’s energy blunders attest.

1. Keystone kerfuffle

Canadian energy producers want to sell the United States an abundance of oil, if only President Obama gives the go-ahead to build the Keystone Pipeline XL. However, the President has chosen his deep-pocketed environmental backers over U.S. energy needs (and thousands of jobs for American workers). With the Middle East more volatile than ever, developing North American energy resources would help free the United States from being beholden to Islamic fanatics.

2. Volt vanity

After President Obama’s bailout of General Motors, the automaker turned its attention to producing the Chevy Volt. Even with the government’s help, the electric car is a flop, with few buyers and an exorbitant price. The Volt has trouble staying charged in cold weather and the battery can burst into flames long after being damaged in a minor accident. Obama’s fantasy of gasless cars is proving to be among the biggest debacles in automotive history—rivaling Ford’s Edsel and Chevrolet’s Corvair.

3. Solyndra silliness

President Obama made sure the $787 billion stimulus package was stuffed with initiatives meant to create green jobs by the millions. What the taxpayer got in return was a parade of bankrupt companies, led by Solyndra. The solar-panel producing company got a $535 million loan guarantee, with the promise that 4,000 jobs would be created, but end up filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year. Solyndra became the symbol of Obama’s misreading of the marketplace’s demand for green energy.

4. Tesla travesty
Here’s another tragic “green jobs” story. Tesla Motors received $465 million from the Obama administration to produce electric cars. So far the company has created 400 jobs, at a cost of over a million dollars per job, by producing the Tesla Roadster, with a price tag of $100,000 per car. Unfortunately, should the electric car ever become fully discharged, it would cost $40,000 in repairs. Where’s Occupy Wall Street on this?

5. Moratorium morass

After the 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, President Obama imposed a moratorium on deep-water drilling. The action prompted oil rigs to relocate to Brazil, costing jobs in America. Obama then offered technology and support for Brazil to develop its offshore oil production, creating jobs in Brazil. Does this make sense to anyone?

6. Drilling dashed

It is not only the deep-water drilling pull-back that is wrongheaded. The President also refuses to consider drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge or along most of America’s coastline. And he is not aggressively pushing for shale oil extraction or natural gas drilling on federal lands. There is an abundance of energy in this country if only the President would seek to develop it.

7. Price pandemonium

Of course energy prices are exploding. That’s what the President wanted all along. Remember his famous utterance, saying that under his policies, “electricity prices will necessarily skyrocket.” Also telling was his selection of Steven Chu as energy secretary. Chu once said that it was important for U.S. gas prices to mirror Europe’s sky-high petrol costs. It looks like he may be getting his wish.

8. Cap and trade catatonic

Despite a big push by the environmental lobby, President Obama couldn’t get his convoluted cap-and-trade package through the Democratic-controlled Senate. The legislation would have raised energy costs for consumers, while enriching visionary thinkers like Al Gore, who tried to parlay his global warming alarmism into a profitable venture by cashing in on the legislation’s emission-credits trading market.

9. Algae acclamation

With enormous areas of shale oil deposits and oil reserves in the U.S. remaining off-limits for development, President Obama has turned his eye to America’s algae resources to solve the nation’s energy problem. The President claims that by harvesting algae, and turning it into fuel, the nation could replace 17% of the oil it imports. Mr. President, if you want to reduce oil imports, here is some advice: Drill, baby, drill.

10. Energy excess

It takes a village of Secret Service agents and White House aides to accompany Michelle Obama and her husband (sometimes) on vacations to Spain, Martha’s Vineyard, Hawaii, etc. With Air Force One gobbling up copious amounts of fuel, even one of the First Couples’ date nights to New York could light a town, or even Al Gore’s house. With Americans struggling to pay high gas prices, perhaps the first family can set an example for the nation and start cutting back on their excessive energy use.
