Newt Gingrich DEMOLISHES Barack Obama in debate.
march 2, 20112
"As an American I am not so shocked that Obama was given the Nobel Peace Prize without any accomplishments to his name, America gave him the White House based on the same credentials." Newt Gingrich (7/16/2008)
Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way you can understand them. This quote came from a friend in the Czech Republic . We have a lot of work to do. "The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America .
Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president."
Please open and enjoy:

The Obama Administration is looking to give Russia seven oil rich Alaskan Islands that were discovered and claimed for America by American explorers according to Alaska Republican 2010 Senatorial candidate Joe Miller. “I think the bigger concern here is what natural resources are being lost to Russia,” says one commenter who deplores the secrecy involved with Obama and his SOS Hilary Clinton gifting Putin with United States land.
Miller blew the whistle on this island give away of billions of off shore oil deposits and rich sea beds in an interview with World Net Daily that literately has cyberspace dripping in anger at this present administration.
But when I called the office of GOP AK long time Senator Lisa Murkowski, her aides told me it’s George Bush the father’s fault, and Obama’s people are just cleaning up long standing agreements. I was given this direct email address which came back failed three times: email@example.com when I tried to get them to go on the record.
Miller and blog researchers state that “the purported Agreement for the island give away WAS NOT and IS NOT a ratified treaty according to public record. . .and this Agreement was negotiated COMPLETELY IN SECRET!”
Famed naturalist John Muir was a member of the U.S. landing party of the U.S. Revenue Marine Ship fleet Thomas Corwin along with other American explorers who were awarded Gold Medals by Congress for their valiant discoveries and exploration of the following Islands which already have been given Russian names: Bennett Island, now Ostrov Bennetta; Wrangel Island, now Ostrov Vrangelya; Hennrietta Island, now Ostrov Genriyetty. Remaining land give away gems are Herald and Copper Islands and Sea Lion Rock and Sea Otter Rocks.

Gas prices shot up 18 cents on average nationwide over the past two weeks, according to the latest Lundberg survey.
That puts the average cost of regular gas at $3.69 a gallon. Of course, many of you around the country are already paying over $4.
President Obama, members of his administration, Democrats in Congress, and his allies on the left all make the same case: we can’t “drill our way” out of this problem.
They say we use a quarter of the world’s oil, but only have 2% of the world’s oil reserves. So, do the math. They say it’s impossible, but here’s how he gets to that mythical 2%.
For simplicity, we’ll call it Obama’s big oil lie because that’s what it is.
They’re only counting proven oil reserves.
The truth is that 2% oil reserves figure is whatever the government says it is.
Here’s the official definition from the non-partisan Congressional Research service.
Proven reserves are: “certainty to be recoverable in future years from known reservoirs under existing economic and operating conditions.”
The key word there is “existing” conditions.
The U.S. has around 20 billion barrels in proven reserves, but the amount of undiscovered so called “technically recoverable” oil is over seven times that.
Those are the government’s own figures!
And we can get that oil using today’s technology. In fact, the U.S. has nearly 1.5 trillion barrels of oil.
That’s enough to fuel the present needs in the U.S. for around 250 years, according to the Institute for Energy Research.
Former President of Shell Oil on FBN earlier today on how we could easily get back to producing 10 million barrels a day:
“The best source for new oil is the world’s largest consumer economy: this country. We could go back to 10 million barrels if we had the permitting that would enable it to happen. We have the oil. There is more oil in this country that we’re not allowed to get at than oil we’re allowed to get at.”
But much of the oil is off limits thanks to the policies of this President:
-The outer Continental shelf.
-The Arctic National Wildlife Reserve in Anwar.
-And Shale Oil where the United States has the largest deposits in the world estimated by the government to be over 2 trillion barrels.
Even when the production is not in this country, the President will do anything he can to stop it, like blocking the Keystone pipeline.
Also, what the President is refusing to acknowledge is the United States is in the middle of an oil boom thanks to new technology like deep-water drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
So the President needs to stop with the 2% lie.
The solutions are right in front of us, but this administration flatly refuses to explore them.

Obama Approval Continuing to Decline
By Katie Pavlich 3/12/2012
OBAMA'S REAL REAL UNEMPLOYMENT 19.1% AND GOING UP, UP, UP!!!!
Obama’s approval rating on the deficit hit an all-time low, with a slender 32 percent giving him positive marks. Among independents, 70 percent disapprove here, also a new high. Even on foreign policy — a onetime strong point — Obama’s ratings look worse. For the first time in nearly a year, as many Americans disapprove as approve of his handling of the war in Afghanistan. On Iran, a slim majority now disapproves of how he is dealing with the possibility of the country obtaining nuclear weapons.
High gas prices are finally taking their toll, despite old media doing everything they can to downplay the situation:
On energy issues generally, almost half the country gives Obama negative marks. Fifty percent of Americans see the Obama administration as having the power to do something about the cost of a gallon of gasoline.
Considering the President personally lobbied to kill the Keystone Pipeline project and as we watch solar company after solar company propped up by taxpayer loans go bankrupt, I doubt his approval numbers on energy will be going up anytime soon.
OBAMA IS FULFILLING HIS PROMISE TO RISE THE GAS IN U.S. TO THE LEVELS OF EUROPE.

Barack Obama’s Energy Policy: Unicorn Farts as the Fuel of Tomorrow
by Erick Erickson
March 19th 2012
On Friday, the President of the United States accused his Republican opponents of being members of the Flat Earth Society because of their demands that the nation increase drilling.
In no small bit of irony, the President who bitterly lamented the rise of ATM’s and internet travel options accused the GOP of wanting to bitterly cling to the past.
But what of Barack Obama’s energy policy? He likes to tout wind and solar technologies and batteries, but it seems while he accuses the GOP of being flat earthers, the reality is that the President is himself anti-science when it comes to the reality of domestic energy needs.
His solution to fueling our cars amounts to using unicorn farts as gas — which has just as much a chance of happening as the mythic battery powered cross country run.
The facts are pretty simple. As a matter of both science and reality, battery technology is neither good enough nor cheap enough to supply American needs relating to transportation. Even were there batteries available for vehicles, the cost of conversion for the tens of millions of cars on the road right now would be cost prohibitive and increasing fuel standards, resulting in smaller and smaller cars, penalize families. Try piling a family of four in a Prius for a trip to grand mom’s house for Spring Break. The luggage and leg room will make for an exciting time.
Even beyond the family car, a battery will not put an 18 wheeler on the road, a 747 in the air, or a locomotive on its rails. Americans depend on crude oil right now and in the future. To cling to the hope of a battery that can meet American automotive needs is anti-science and as realistic as fueling our future with unicorn farts. See Charles Lane at the Washington Post for more on the President’s crusade against science.
This President’s policies have done everything possible to drive up the price of crude oil in hopes that some mythical unicorn fart, solar panel, or battery will come online quickly enough to meet American needs. It is not happening. Going back to May of 2009, the President insisted on discouraging the “overproduction of oil” as potentially damaging to our national security. If only we had a President who understood supply and demand.
Under Barack Obama’s administration, domestic exploration on federal lands and seas is down 40% 14% (new non-partisan numbers are out and have revised the number down from 40% to 14% decrease in production, though the decrease in federal permitting is higher). The gains we have seen have come largely from one new find, Thunder Horse, approved by Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. The exploration on land has come on private land Barack Obama could not stop.
For stability, the oil market depends on an excess supply of 1 million to 2 million barrels a day. The Keystone XL Pipeline would have provided an additional 700,000 barrels a day by itself. Barack Obama stopped it.
The reality is the President’s polling is going down because the logical outcomes of his policies are coming to pass. Now the President is left to demagogue the GOP instead of actually doing anything because he really does not want lower gas prices. He wants, instead, to continue using government stimulus funds to explore unicorn farts, solar, etc. as an energy source. After spending over $15 billion, there are only 3,545 jobs to show for it and a lot of bankruptcies and wasted money.
Meanwhile, the oil and natural gas sector of the economy is creating 20% of the good jobs in America. Imagine how much lower unemployment could be if Barack Obama were not so hostile to real energy.

is far from the only bad news it held for him coachisright.com ^ | March 20, 2012 | Kevin "Coach" Collins
The shock of last week’s CBS News/New York Times poll showing Barack Obama at just 41% was well understandable. Incumbent presidents don’t get reelected with approval numbers at or below 45%.
Nevertheless, the results turned out to be a matter of not being able to see the forest for the trees. Since we could not have expected the ashen faced leftists at the New York Times to point out the other bad news in their poll, adding to their misery seems highly appropriate.
Hidden in the report was the fact that a staggering 80% of those polled said they are NOT better off today than they were four years ago.
News flash for the “expert pundits”: people vote their pocketbook in normal times and these are far from “normal times.” Obama is a man who dampens enthusiasm for his own base and builds enthusiasm to vote among his opponents.
As bad as the reported numbers in this survey are they were still worse because the Democrat cheerleader pollsters could not resist using phony understated samples of Republicans and phony overstated samples of Democrats.
The percentage of Republicans sampled was a laughable 26% which is a full 10 points lower than Rasmussen says it is. The 33% Democrat sample was actually .5% higher than what is actually true.
Moreover, no matter what the media tries to tell us, 54% believe Obama is capable of bringing down the price of gas and will of course hold him accountable. Blaming George Bush for this problem isn’t washing.
The trends of the numbers are also running against Obama.
In just the past month Republican disapproval has grown 7 points; Independents who once favored Obama now disapprove of him and even Democrat approval has fallen to 78% from 85%.....
