:cara_pelea:Depende en k estado t e encuentres, necesitas consultar con un abogado, de imigracion, tu caso es de lo mas sencillo, el abogado va a pedir un record a migracion, para ver si fuistes deportada, y si fuistes presntada en un juez de imigracion si no lo hicistes consulta a un abogado y arreglarias porque te metieron los papeles en la 245I, y el estar casada con un cuidadano te facilita para arregalr aca vas a usar las dos aplicaciones la de tu  hermana, pork te metio laaplicacion en esa fecha para kno salgas a rreglar a tu pais de origne y al estar casada on un cuidadano americano dependiendo como es tu record es tu caso si necesitas mas informacion puedes escibirme a AMYLETH97@UNIVISION.COM

Existe un perdon muy dificil de obtener. Este es para personas que vivian legalmente en el pais antes de los 16 años, ambos padres son o fueron ciudadanos estaunidenses, y la persona penso que era ciudadana de este pais.

Las personas que cometieron este error despues del 30 de septiembre de 1996, no tienen perdon alguno a menos que calfiquen para el perdon mencionado anteriormente.

Para las personas que no califican, lo unico que se puede hacer es esperar a un cambio en las leyes migratorias.

El link que le he mencionado no es un ejemplo, sino lo que que el abogado de inmigracion esta mencionando es que bajo las actuales leyes de inmigracion es imposible que una persona pueda inmigrar al pais despues de haber hecho una declaracion falsa de ciudanania. Para las personas que cometieron ese error despues del 30 de septiembre, es imposible solicitar el perdon a menos que cumplan con lo siguiente.

Ahora las personas que se presentaron a un trabajo y dijeron se ciudadanos para obtenerlo. Tambien tienen ese gran problema de inadmisibilidad de por vida. Para comprobarlo, busque en el internet el siguiente caso:

Ella esta tratando de apelar la decision de deportarla del pais.
